Chiefs Injury Report: Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown Listed Out

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers due to a foot injury.

Brown suffered the injury during the Chiefs’ Week 1 win over the Arizona Cardinals and did not practice all week. He is expected to miss multiple weeks with the injury.

The Chiefs will be without one of their top playmakers on Sunday. Brown led the team in receiving yards in Week 1 and is a key part of the Chiefs’ offense. His absence will be a blow to the Chiefs’ passing attack.

The Chiefs will have to rely on other receivers to step up in Brown’s absence. Skyy Moore, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Mecole Hardman are all expected to see increased targets on Sunday.

The Chiefs are also dealing with injuries to other key players on offense. Running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire is doubtful to play with an ankle injury. Left tackle Orlando Brown is also questionable with a calf injury.

The Chiefs will be hoping to get some of their injured players back soon. They will need to be at full strength if they want to contend for a Super Bowl this season.
